Hospital as Data Controller

The Hospital or Clinic is the sole Data Controller of all patient records stored within HIMS PRO.

1. Platform Provider Status

INLABS TECHNOLOGIES acts solely as the Technology and Platform Provider. We provide the SaaS infrastructure to store and process data as directed by the Hospital. We do not own or possess legal rights to the patient information itself.

2. Compliance and Accuracy

  • The Hospital must comply with all applicable healthcare data protection and regulatory laws in India.
  • The Hospital is responsible for accurate data entry and maintaining patient consent.
  • The Hospital is responsible for its own internal data backup, recovery strategies, and overall clinical regulatory compliance.
  • Patient data is confidential and is not shared with third-party marketing agencies by the provider.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Purnea District, Bihar.
