HIMS PRO is a record management software provided as a SaaS by INLABS TECHNOLOGIES. The Hospital or Clinic utilizing the software is defined as the Data Controller, while INLABS TECHNOLOGIES acts solely as the Technology and Platform Provider.
All patient data entered into the system remains the property of the Data Controller. INLABS TECHNOLOGIES does not sell, rent, or share patient data with third-party marketing agencies.
The Hospital is responsible for obtaining necessary patient consent for data collection and ensuring compliance with all local healthcare and data protection laws in India. Data is collected solely for maintaining clinical records, generating prescriptions, and administrative billing.
Access to HIMS PRO is restricted to authorized hospital staff via secure credentials. The Hospital is responsible for maintaining the physical security of the devices used to access the platform and the confidentiality of staff login information.
INLABS TECHNOLOGIES provides encryption for data in transit and at rest. However, INLABS TECHNOLOGIES is not responsible for data breaches resulting from the mishandling of credentials, hardware failure at the hospital premises, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
