HIMS PRO operates on a subscription-based SaaS model. Once the subscription is activated and service access is provided to the Hospital, the service is considered rendered.
Payments for HIMS PRO subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide credits or refunds for partially used billing cycles or for any clinical/administrative errors made by the Hospital staff.
Refunds or pro-rated credits may only be considered in cases of verified, prolonged system-wide outages exceeding 48 consecutive hours that prevent the platform from functioning. Such exceptions are at the sole discretion of INLABS TECHNOLOGIES.
The Hospital may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future automated billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current active subscription term.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Purnea District, Bihar.
