HIMS PRO is a Software as a Service (SaaS) product owned and operated by INLABS TECHNOLOGIES. By utilizing this platform, the Hospital agrees to use the software solely for record management and administrative purposes. Redistribution or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
Explicitly, HIMS PRO is a tool for clinical record-keeping only. All medical judgments, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatments are the sole responsibility of licensed medical professionals. The software does not provide medical advice or automate clinical decision-making.
The Hospital is responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of all data entered into the system. INLABS TECHNOLOGIES shall have no liability for errors in data entry, incorrect medical records, or administrative mistakes made by hospital staff.
INLABS TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hardware failures, internet disruptions, credential misuse, or any actions taken by hospital personnel while using the SaaS platform.
